What are the goals of Biblical Coaching?
2 Corinthians 3:16-17 NIV says,
“But whenever anyone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”
In one way or another, we are all looking for that freedom. Especially if the veil in our lives keeps us from being a healthy parent, spouse, or individuals without our past story holding us back.
It is the healing power of Jesus in our lives that will “take away the veil,” to deal with the things of our past and will bring us to that freedom that the verse above talks about.
It is an honor to walk alongside you as we both work to use God's Word as a blueprint to start your journey to define your identity in Christ.
We believe life is meant to be lived in relationship. During our time together, we will focus on the core developmental needs of every human being—physical, spiritual, social/emotional, and educational. At the heart of this is understanding what it truly means to be seen, heard, and valued.
As part of the coaching process, our goal is to help you embrace your identity in Jesus Christ by:
Identify existing thought patterns and create new based on God's design
Forming healthy habits
Redefining your values
Establishing life-giving boundaries
These steps will reshape your current path into one grounded in a solid identity—leading to a life filled with joy, purpose, and lasting fulfillment.
"We are so thankful for the time you(Jodi) took to work with us! We’ve had plenty of opportunities to practice getting regulated (with lots of gum and blowing up balloons). It’s been great! I laminated the beautiful picture you drew and the message from God because I know I’ll be referencing them a lot. I’m making a point to read those messages from God out-loud to the kids during the day. It is very encouraging to be on this path and to know you are available to help us!! Thank you again! You are a sweet gift from God!!" - Jenny
